Need

The City of Herriman, UT has a population of 62k yet lacks key retail sectors including automobiles and dine-in restaurants. This amounts to missed income opportunity for the City lack of local options for residents. They turned to eImpact for help.

Challenge

The City of Herriman had used retail data and recruitment services from consultants in the past, but the information quickly became stale and the retail leakage persisted. Internal staff lacked the time to take on a data and design project in-house. The need for a budget-friendly outsourced option was clear.
