Escondido Economic Area of Influence Dashboard

The City of Escondido, CA uses its eIMPACT dashboard to automate its previously manual data collection and updating process, saving hundreds of hours of staff time. The visual, easy-to-consume format of the dashboard allows the City to communicate data with a wide-ranging audience, both internal and external.

Before eIMPACT, I was aggregating data from a lot of different sources. It always took me a lot of time to do updates. And I wanted the data available in a format that was easy for our internal city team to use and also for the community.
